Article 60. Long-stay visa
(1) A long-stay visa may be issued to an alien for a single or multiple entry into Estonia and for a temporary stay in Estonia.
(2) A long-stay visa may be issued with a validity of up to 12 months.

(3) A long-term visa may be issued for a stay of up to 365 days within twelve consecutive months, unless otherwise provided by an international agreement.

(6) The entire period of stay of a foreigner on the basis of a long-term visa must not exceed 548 days within 730 consecutive days, unless otherwise provided by an international agreement.

(7) The provisions of subsection (6) of this section shall not apply to foreigners whose short-term employment is registered on the basis of subsection (10) of section 106 of this Act, if the alien previously resided in the State on the basis of a long-term visa for purposes other than seasonal work.
